Role Overview: As an Energy System Project Manager, you will lead the execution of projects ensuring all activities are aligned with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements. Your role will involve process improvement to enhance project execution effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the project team, establish project execution approach, and oversee hand-over, planning, monitoring, and control activities to achieve project goals. - Monitor project progress, resource utilization, financials, invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow efficiently. - Identify, quantify, and manage project risks, while pursuing all opportunities. Ensure formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment. - Procure necessary services, materials, and equipment from suppliers, supporting negotiations, claims, and project changes. - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, act as a key contact for customers, and address project issues. - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines in project execution.
