1) Define and own the Agentic AI roadmap for ISS shaping how GenAI enhances decision-making, collaboration, and insight generation across job families.
2) Drive the product strategy for next-generation AI-powered tools that integrate reasoning, summarization, retrieval, and contextual intelligence into the flow of work. 3) Build reusable AI capabilities and frameworks that can scale across systems and regions 4) Partner with Tech, Science, and regional business leaders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into scalable product solutions. 5) Develop clear success metrics to measure improvements in insight quality, decision velocity, and innovation outcomes. 6) Champion human AI collaboration empowering teams to focus on creativity, strategy, and innovation while AI handles cognitive load and complexity.
