Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee the installation of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submittals for plumbing works.
• Ensure proper installation of water supply systems, drainage, sewage, and rainwater harvesting systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and site teams to integrate plumbing designs with overall project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Test and commission plumbing systems post-installation to ensure functionality and safety.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site supervisors and plumbing contractors.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in plumbing engineering, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of plumbing design principles, materials, and installation techniques.
• Experience in working with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and site supervision skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
