Plumbing and Firefighting Design Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plumbing and Firefighting Design Engineer based in Pune. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for designing and drafting plumbing and firefighting systems for diverse building projects, performing system analyses, preparing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with other design and construction team members. The engineer will also provide input on project specifications and support maintenance considerations as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plumbing systems design, including piping layouts and specifications
• Knowledge of Pipe design, Maintenance, and Repair processes
• Experience in providing Maintenance and field support for technical issues
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Familiarity with firefighting system design and applicable regulations
• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with relevant building codes
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and prioritize tasks effectively
