Job Description

Role: PL/SQL Linux

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Locations: Chennai / Pune / Kolkata

Must-Have:

  • Production support – L2 ( Tech Stack: Unix, SQL, Mongo DB, open shift) . Monitor/Configuration alerts in ITRS.
  • Autosys/ Scheduling Knowledge is must
  • Incident management, Major incident management and Problem Management. Issue backtracking, facilitate resolution, root cause analysis. Follow up with development team for permanent fix
  • Handling service requests. Interact with business users. Understand the problem and provide solution. Report generation
  • Annual COB/DR testing. Adhoc special processing requests
  • Open to work in Shifts and provide extended coverage.

Good-to-Have

banking domain knowledge.
