Role Overview:

As a PLM DevOps CI/CD Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the software delivery pipeline for PLM/MES applications. Youll drive automation, ensure operational reliability, and foster collaboration between development and operations teams across global environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and management of CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Architect and optimize cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to align DevOps solutions with business goals.
• Integrate security best practices within CI/CD workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and incident response frameworks for proactive system management.
• Mentor junior engineers and encourage a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Drive innovation by adopting and recommending emerging DevOps technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Core Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with PLM/MES systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, 3D Experience, or Apriso).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Batch.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience integrating security practices in DevOps workflows.
• Familiar with Git, SonarQube, and Nexus/JFrog Artifactory (good to have).

Eligibility:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline from a reputed institute.
• 5–8 years of relevant DevOps or PLM experience.
• Candidates with immediate or 1-week availability will be prioritized.
