Job Description

Immediate Opportunity for FEA Simulation Engineer with Python

Job Role : FEA Analysis Engineer

Experience:4-6 Years

Education :Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related degree (aerospace, mechatronics, physics, etc.)

Location : Bangalore/Chennai

Softwares : Apdl,Workbench,Ansys

Analysis : HCF,LCF,Creep,Modol Analysis

Principal Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain inhouse damage modeling and probabilistic applications for gas turbine hardware/ systems (compressor, turbine, combustion such as compressor blades, turbine blades, turbine nozzles, disks) and in support of digital twins
Follow software development and architecture guidelines for inhouse applications
Support Mechanical Design Engineers of the usage of inhouse applications
Work with cross functional team including turbine aero performance, heat transfer, materials, design layout, and manufacturing to develop digital twin components
Communication and information sharing with colleagues, product owners, and technical leads
Archive and document all completed work using standard procedures Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related degree (aerospace, mechatronics, physics, etc.)
5+ years of experience
Significant coding Experience (one of python, C#, C++, Matlab)
Data analysis of complex datasets
Automation
Developing software solutions for mechanical engineering problems
Ability to lead projects
Good written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English) •
Experience developing solutions not just implementing them
Material properties knowledge
Firm understanding of
probabilistic analysis
methods
Able to work independently
