Role Overview: As a PLM Configurator, you will be responsible for architecting product configurator systems and enhancing product configuration capabilities for complex manufacturing environments. You will play a key role in maintaining configurator systems, ensuring accurate product structures, rules, and variant logic, and integrating with PLM and ERP platforms to support the Digital Thread. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and optimize product configurator systems to ensure accurate product structures, rules, and variant logic. - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to deliver robust configuration solutions. - Ensure seamless data flow between configurator, PLM systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, ARAS), and ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP). - Translate complex engineering requirements into configurable logic and rules for BOMs and product structures. - Act as an expert for product configuration architecture, governance, and variant management. Qualification Required: Preferred Qualifications: - Direct experience with Configure One implementation and support. - Exposure to variant management and complex product structures. Required Qualifications: - 6-10 years in engineering configuration management or solution architecture. - Hands-on experience with PLM configurators (Windchill Options & Variants, Teamcenter, ARAS). - Strong background in JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, and PLM integration. - Solid understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes; industrial manufacturing or automotive experience preferred.
