Your expertise should encompass end-to-end project implementation within a considerable landscape. This includes active involvement in various project phases such as Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Deployment, and Go Live. You should have successfully engaged in requirement gathering workshops, client discussions, and have proficiency in creating detailed design documents. As a Consultant, you should have a proven track record of leading teams, conducting design reviews, facilitating RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and adeptly solving complex problems. Prior experience in PreSales activities like drafting Project Plans, estimating Resources and efforts, crafting Solution Designs, and creating Prototypes will be highly beneficial. Client interaction plays a vital role in this position; therefore, you should be comfortable in client-facing roles. Strong English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and seamless project execution. Hands-on experience in working with the Product is a prerequisite for this role. Job Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Architect with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter to lead the design, development, and deployment of PLM-enabled manufacturing engineering processes. This role bridges the gap between engineering, IT, and manufacturing, driving the digital thread from product design through to production. You will architect solutions that ensure manufacturing requirements are integrated early in the product lifecycle, supporting seamless data flows, BOM management, process planning, and production execution using Teamcenter. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and implementation of Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions , including BOM Management, Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP), and Shop Floor Connect. Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals. Define and enforce standards for manufacturing data models, process plans, MBOMs, BOPs, routings, and work instructions. Design integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems. Drive the digital thread across the product lifecycle to enable real-time traceability and closed-loop feedback. Provide technical leadership for Teamcenter customization, configuration, data migration, and system upgrades. Work closely with IT and engineering to develop roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and solution documentation. Support change management and end-user training related to manufacturing PLM initiatives. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that support advanced manufacturing capabilities (e.g., model-based manufacturing, IoT, AR/VR for the shop floor).
