PLC /SCADA Trainer

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced PLC & SCADA Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. The trainer will engage with participants, assess learning needs, and ensure effective knowledge transfer through hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training modules and materials for PLC and SCADA systems.
• Conduct training sessions both in-person and possibly through online platforms.
• Evaluate participants' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Customize training programs to meet specific client or organizational needs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in PLC and SCADA.
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to enhance training effectiveness.
• Maintain training equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience working with PLCs and SCADA systems in industrial settings.
• Solid understanding of programming languages used in PLCs (e.g., ladder logic).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in relevant PLC or SCADA technologies (preferred).
• Prior experience in delivering technical training programs is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
