Job Title: Assistant Manager Application
Location: ChennaiExperience: 2+ YearsQualification: Diploma/B.E (E&E or E&C)Key Responsibilities:-Provide technical support and application solutions for motion controllers, servo drives, and related automation systems.-Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate automation solutions.-Conduct product demonstrations, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.-Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to design and implement automation applications.-Handle customer interactions — including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and after-sales technical support.-Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.-Stay updated on new technologies in industrial automation and motion control systems.Key Skills & Competencies:-Strong knowledge of Motion Controllers, Servo Drives, PLCs, and HMI systems.-Hands-on experience in servo tuning, programming, and commissioning.-Excellent communication and customer handling skills.-Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability.-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
