Your roles are as follows: 1. Experience using CAD Software like, SOLIDWORKS & AUTOCAD (Mandatory Requirement) , 2. Solid modeling and drawings of Products using Solid Works Software. 3. Good Understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design. 4. Good knowledge of material selection during design 5. Good knowledge of surface treatment process (Hardening, Normalizing etc.) 6. Sound knowledge of 2D drawings of Third angle system. 7. Sound knowledge in GD&T 8. Knowledge of Machining Process. 9. Design Calculations & Visualization. 10. Prepare/Making of Proposals/ QuotationBill of Material - Mandatory 11. Co-ordination with the Tool Room Vendor and machine manufacturers. 12. Sensor Instrumentation knowledge, mechatronics will be added asset 13. Team Lead -Mandatory requirement 14. Project ownership and execution- Mandatory requirement 15. Coordination with Customer for DAP and design review- Mandatory 16. Find creative design solutions to problems. 17. Present prototypes and designs to customers and project managers 18. Maintenance of Code- Soft skills 19. Software Documentation- Soft skills 20. Define Project timelines and resource requirements- soft skills 21. Assist with project deliverables- soft skills 22. Manage suppliers to ensure ordered parts are delivered on schedule, to cost and its specification. 23. Provide regular update on progress to line manager- soft skills 24. Assist with other tasks as requested.
