Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot
PLC programs
(Siemens / Mitsubishi / Allen Bradley or equivalent).
Configure and troubleshoot
servo systems
for various motion applications.
Create and manage
LabVIEW applications
for machine control and data acquisition.
Perform electrical and control system diagnostics and resolve breakdowns efficiently.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams for automation improvements.
Support the commissioning of new machines and retrofitting existing systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of electrical schematics, PLC codes, and process logic.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in
PLC, Servo, and LabVIEW
applications.
Strong exposure to
Injection Molding Machines
and
Special Purpose Machines
.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Willingness to work full-time at our Penukonda location.
