Platinum Relationship Manager-Household-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

You will be responsible for developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets. Your primary focus will be ensuring high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. In addition, you will cross sell existing bank products to customers and inform them of new products or enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. You will also be expected to plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for both prospective and existing clients. Collaboration with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products will be an important aspect of your role. Maintaining a complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts and tracking customer complaints/queries along with turnaround times for customer satisfaction will also be part of your responsibilities. Key requirements for this role include developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service. A very good understanding of Commercial Assets such as CC, OD, TL, Export Finance, etc. will be essential. An understanding of MF and Insurance would be considered an added advantage. Customer orientation, high energy, and drive, along with a go-getter attitude are qualities that we are looking for in the ideal candidate.
