Role Overview: You will be responsible for leveraging your in-depth S/4 HANA platform experience across functions such as Supply Chain & Operation and Finance, with expertise in one or multiple industries under Resources/Products/CMT. Your role will involve extensive experience in SAP Platform Pre-Sales, including solutioning and orchestrating RFP/Proposals in various capacities like Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert. Additionally, you will be expected to have proven client-facing skills to set client discussion narratives with all levels of client business participants. From a delivery perspective, you will need to demonstrate experience in executing and managing complex SAP transformation engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate industry focus through deep knowledge and expertise in one or more related industries, such as Resources (Energy/Utilities/Chemicals) and Manufacturing (Automotive/Life Science/Consumer Goods/Retail/High-Tech/Software/Semi-Conductors). - Possess deep functional expertise across all functions like Finance and Cost accounting, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, logistics, and sales. - Lead or work with proposal teams to build solutions and proposals by understanding client context, opportunity context, industry context, and business challenges. - Lead design workshops with clients, be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis in one/multiple areas of S4 HANA. - Manage project risks, plan, and budget while supporting Pre-Sales Activity, business assessment, and roadmaps for clients. - Create and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities, and lead pursuits related to S/4 HANA opportunities.
