Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/GGN/Noida/Pune, India for a Platform Solution Consultant - ServiceNow. The Platform Solution Consultant will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks that include consulting with clients, conducting presales activities, and driving sales efforts for the ServiceNow platform. The role involves analyzing client requirements, designing solutions, and managing projects to ensure successful implementation and user adoption. The candidate will work closely with sales teams and project managers to align the technical requirements with the client's business goals.

Domain Expertise

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ServiceNow development and consulting.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) is required.
• ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and DevOps integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
