Job Description

Role- Search Architect Required Technical Skill Set- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience and expertise Experience in development of AWS Open Search, Autosuggest functionality, Search Wrapper. Data transportation and parsing, Improve Search relevance and other search features, Designing/Implementation of search API Desired Experience Range- Minimum 10 years of work experience in enterprise web application design and development with previous 5+ years’ experience as a Search Architect or Search lead role Key skills- AWS OPEN SEARCH, Elasticsearch Key Responsibilities • Design, develop and optimize search architecture using Elasticsearch/OpenSearch to enhance search accuracy, performance, and scalability. • Implement Java-based microservices for search related functionalities. • Implement indexing strategies, data pipelines and real-time search capabilities for large scale e-commerce platform. Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in search architecture, or related domains. • Strong expertise in Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, including indexing, querying, tuning, and scaling. • Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices). • Experience in ranking algorithms, query optimization, and semantic search. • Knowledge of data modeling, distributed systems, and caching strategies. • Experience with ML-based search ranking and recommendation systems is a plus.
