Job Description

Role Overview: As a Platform Relationship Manager in Chennai, your main responsibility will be to manage relationships and drive new business from platform channels such as Salesforce, Adobe, Sitecore, Google, and Facebook. You will play a crucial role in sharing business opportunities and keeping abreast of the latest features on these platforms. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding active and proposed campaigns, collaborate with clients to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success, and work closely with the Account and Project Management teams to support projects and revenue growth. Your role will also involve nurturing client relationships, shaping their digital strategies, identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients, and prospecting for new business through various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships and drive new business from platform channels like Salesforce, Adobe, Sitecore, Google, and Facebook. - Act as the primary liaison with clients for active and proposed campaigns. - Collaborate with clients to develop KPIs for measuring success. - Work closely with the Account and Project Management teams to support projects and revenue growth. - Identify and pursue upsell opportunities with existing clients. - Prospect for new business through networking, social media, referrals, etc. - Anticipate and address potential client or revenue issues proactively. - Build and monitor the sales pipeline for immediate and long-term opportunities. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of relevant experience in digital/interactive marketing or agency environment. - Proven track record in client relationship development and service. - Ability to adapt to changing environments and a strong passion for enhancing client-agency relationships. - Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset. - Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. - Familiarity with tools and platforms such as SalesForce, Adobe, Sitecore, and BCG. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
