Platform Product SME - ATR

As a Platform Product Subject Matter Expert at Maersk, you will be an integral part of the global finance transformation program, focusing on shaping the future SAP S4 HANA based Finance solution for the organization. Your role will involve actively participating in the development of the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the success of the S4HANA platform. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the business to develop the product roadmap and define product technical requirements - Actively manage the product backlog, prioritize items based on business goals, and optimize work in the agile team - Participate in sprint planning meetings to provide clarity on features and user stories - Act as a subject matter expert for Business Product teams, providing insight and additional information as needed - Collaborate with other Platform Product Owners & Managers to refine the backlog and identify cross-journey dependencies - Engage with scrum teams to ensure resources and functional expertise are available and remove blockers hindering product delivery - Maintain the S4 digital core by ensuring Data Quality, Standardization, and Automation are upheld Qualifications Required: - Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized university - Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, or MBA from a premier institute is an added advantage - Experience with S4HANA implementation and engagement with large finance transformation initiatives - In-depth domain knowledge (10+ years) in Accounting to Reporting area - Experience in working with business process and functional product owners for solution design - Proficiency in developing roadmaps based on agile methodology for Accounting to Reporting areas - Experience across various modules such as BW, SAC, FI, GL, AA, MDG-F, RAR, and Consolidation - Familiarity with localization capabilities and integration of modules like BRIM, FICA, MM, Inventory Management, and PS with FICO - Experience with additional solutions like Blackline, OneStream, Robotics, AI, etc. will be advantageous - Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Collaborative mindset across business functions - Flexibility to work in a demanding program environment - Ability to manage change effectively and implement new practices - Well-versed in current best practices and trends in the external marketplace,
