Platform Engineering Leader

Need strong Platform Engineering leaders with 15+ years of experience with expertise in building the platform, defining the roadmaps, E2E solutioning & leading the engineering teams.

Summary of Responsibilities

Primary skills:

1. Overall, 15+ years of experience in IT/data & analytics areas. At least 10+ years experience with product engineering mindset & experience in building data & analytics platform: re-usable solution frameworks & assets
2. Experience in architecting & building data centric solution frameworks & products (e.g., data ingestion, data quality, data governance, validation, data warehousing areas).
3. Experience in designing and building re-usable frameworks on data platforms (Databricks/Snowflake) & leveraging hyperscales is a must. Should have deployed re-usable frameworks and implemented them in the client environments.
4. Ideate and design innovative solution frameworks aligning to the market trends and technological innovations. Translating healthcare clients business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring the platform meets user needs and business goals.
5. Ideation to building and continuously improving platform assets quality. Application of AI/Gen AI automation use cases where applicable.
6. Define platform roadmap, build value proposition assets, and accelerate the delivery for the client engagement. Work collaboratively with the markets/sales/customer success/market delivery leaders in defining new use cases and enhancements for the platform.
7. Responsible to lead scrum teams and execute solutions planning, designing & building through agile methodology and deliver end-to-end platform assets independently.
8. Take ownership of the platform lifecycle, from conception to maintenance, and making decisions about priorities and future releases & development

Other skills:

1. Experience in designing and building re-usable frameworks/products for healthcare clients (e.g., provider, payer/health plans) and associated business systems is a big plus.
2. Hands-on experience and designing data models (analytical/dimensional) are a plus.
3. Taking solutions to the go-to-market and winning/implementing for the clients and accelerating the delivery.

5. Should have worked on legacy data warehousing / data estate migration & modernization themes & associated automated solutions
