Platform Engineer

  Unix/Linux

  Systems (Preferred)
• Ability to Write and Execute Queries Using

  SQL

  (Any Database)
• Scripting Knowledge in

  Java Scripting, Shell, or Python

• Experience with

  ServiceNow (SNOW) Administration

  is a Strong Plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Technical Field

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  Certification is Mandatory
• Prior Experience in a Platform Support, Customer Success, or Operations Role is Highly Desirable
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills with the Ability to Handle Both Technical and Non-Technical Challenges
