We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated professionals to join us in our journey of excellence. 🔹 Position: Plant InchargeJob Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day plant operations, production schedules, and workforce. Ensure smooth functioning of tube mills and allied machinery. Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and control downtime. Maintain workplace discipline, safety, and compliance. Coordinate with quality and dispatch teams to meet order timelines. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. 5–10 years’ experience in steel pipe/tube or related industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skills. Knowledge of plant operations, production planning, and safety norms. 🔹 Position: Quality SupervisorJob Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. Conduct mechanical and dimensional testing (tensile, flattening, flaring, hardness, hydro). Ensure compliance with ISI/ISO standards and customer requirements. Maintain records, reports, and calibration of testing equipment. Coordinate with production for corrective and preventive actions. Train operators/workforce on quality practices. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Quality Engineering. 3–7 years’ experience in QA/QC in steel/tube industry. Strong knowledge of quality standards and testing procedures.
