Plant Operator - UF/RO Membrane Plant

SR Paryavaran Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced UF/RO Plant Operator to operate and maintain advanced membrane-based water treatment systems. The role involves daily plant monitoring, process control through SCADA, membrane cleaning (CIP/CEB), and ensuring stable permeate quality standards. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis systems, strong knowledge of water chemistry and instrumentation, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, chemical, and process issues efficiently.

• Operate UF/RO systems, pre-treatment (MMF/ACF/cartridge filters), and post-treatment units.​
• Perform membrane backwash, CEB, and CIP procedures per manufacturer protocols.​
• Monitor water quality parameters (pH, TDS, turbidity, SDI, conductivity).​
• Maintain plant equipment (pumps, valves, instruments) and respond to alarms.​
• Record operational data in logbooks and SCADA systems.​
• Handle treatment chemicals safely (acids, caustic, antiscalants, biocides).​

• Diploma/B.Tech in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.​
• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience operating UF/RO water treatment plants.​
• Knowledge of membrane cleaning, SCADA/HMI, and water quality standards (IS 10500).​
• Familiarity with process instrumentation and PLC systems preferred.​

• Strong troubleshooting and process control abilities.​
• Water testing and chemical dosing calculations.​
• Safety compliance (LOTO, PPE, confined space).​
