Description

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to join our team on a 3rd party payroll basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring plant equipment to ensure optimal production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor plant equipment and processes to ensure efficient production.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations.
Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant operations.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in plant operations or a related field.
Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with plant equipment and machinery operation.
Basic knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing work environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
