Role purpose Managing E2E Parent seed operations for both field Production and plant operations in order to produce and supply parent seed on time in full with quality. Analyse the utilities consumption pattern and arrive at means to reduce costs. Assess, monitor and optimise spares consumption. Analyse the Breakdown of each line and arrive at a proper Corrective and Preventive action for the same. Liaison with the EB and PCB officials. Preferred candidate profile BE / BTech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with around 12 to 15 years experience. Experience in Aqua Industry will be an added advantage.
