- initiate and control the continuous qualification of manufacturing engineering employees in cooperation with plant HRMonitoring and Reporting ensure production performance (KPI) monitoring and reporting (eg regarding cost, lead time, quality, scrap, waste, energy, OEE, etc) in cooperation with plant controlling
- ensure manufacturing engineering performance (KPI) monitoring (eg regarding cost, lead time, quality of manufacturing engineering activities such as equipment installation projects)
- initiate and control measures to improve production as we'll as manufacturing engineering performanceStandardization ensure local implementation of central manufacturing engineering standards
- provide feedback and input for further development of standards regarding manufacturing engineering and production processes (eg production flow plan, production control plan, work instructions, standardized work chart, standardized work combination table, job instruction sheet, process parameters, materials), production equipment (eg machines, human machine interface, ergonomics, equipment, layout), logistics (eg material handling and storage technologies) and quality (eg test methods, equipment) to segment, BU or BA functions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE*

university degree, preferably in production or engineering management, industrial engineering or related discipline Professional Experience
