Job Description

Plant Summary To Lead and Manage Production team of all product lines in across shifts of a complex Plant (4 lines). To also manage multiple Contract Packing operations. Implement and drive WCM / Manufacturing excellence practices. To manage the day to day operations and activities of the factory, with a view to achieving company's objectives and targets as spelt out in the annual budgets, while maintaining corporate values of the group. Delivery (4 wall) to Sales at the optimal Quality & Cost. Coordinates activities in the Factory to ensure that products are manufactured to specification and in line with the company's profit objectives and on time to meet customer request and expectation.
