Plant Manager ( Leading manufacturing organisation)

Plant Manager is integral part in plant operations, special projects, and developing motivated workforce to achieve the budgeted and production targets.

Design and implementation of all production processes considering the optimization of production, cost reduction and improvement of work ergonomics.

Verify and maintain control of production processes and variability through the development.

Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations to achieve production goals.

Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure timely delivery while maintaining product standards.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.

Oversee quality assurance and quality control systems.

Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations.

Support R&D, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing in the scale-up and process optimization of new products and technologies.

conducts investigations and tests pertaining to the development of new manufacturing methods, materials or processes, and investigates possible applications of results.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencies, capacities, productivity, yield improvements, and waste reduction in line with business objectives .

Develop and implement safety programs in line with statutory requirements. Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture.
