Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandrapur for the position of Plant Maintenance, Operations, and Quality Head. The role involves overseeing and managing daily plant operations, ensuring the maintenance of equipment, and upholding quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Budgeting skills
• Analytical Skills
• Team Management and Communication skills
• Min 5 yrs Experience in wire manufacturing is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, metallurgy ,Operations Management, or related field
• min 5 yrs experience in relevant industry
