Plant Maintenance Manager - Elect

As an experienced Maintenance Manager, your primary role will be to ensure the execution of Maintenance (M/E/I) tasks with top-notch quality and safety standards. You will need to uphold compliance with organizational procedures, best practices, and statutory requirements. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shutdown activities, maintaining maintenance schedules, and implementing corrective and preventive actions as per policy. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure quality and safety in maintenance task execution by adhering to standards and procedures - Coordinate shutdown activities and ensure timely execution as per schedule - Implement corrective and preventive actions according to organizational policies - Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for effective maintenance activities - Troubleshoot and analyze technical issues, coordinating with CES for support - Manage availability of critical spares and expedite urgent item codification and material delivery - Oversee equipment repair, refurbishment, and obsolescence management - Conduct audit of maintenance systems and ensure timely adherence to schedules - Review and approve MOCs, Capex, and support minor projects - Monitor performance, report findings, and escalate issues as required - Facilitate career planning, performance appraisals, and release of Material / Service PRs - Interact with vendors, equipment manufacturers, and various support services for seamless operations - Take ownership of HSE compliance and mandatory trainings Qualification Required: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience Required: - At least 10 years (for Degree) or 15 years (for Diploma) of maintenance experience with a minimum of 3 years as a discipline head - Managerial experience of at least 7 years Skills & Competencies: - Leadership, Team Building, and interpersonal skills - Communication, reporting, and presentation skills - Delegation skill and work prioritization - Ability to improve manpower productivity of E&M This role offers you the opportunity to lead a team, manage maintenance operations, and contribute to the overall success of the plant.
