Plant Maintenance Manager - Elect - PTA 7 - DMD

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of Maintenance tasks (M/E/I) with quality and safety, adhering to standards, procedures, and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring job execution and compliance with maintenance schedules. - Implementing corrective and preventive actions according to organizational policies. - Coordinating shutdowns and ensuring safe and timely execution as per schedule. - Ensuring compliance with all statutory and MIQA requirements. - Coordinating with maintenance and operations teams for effective maintenance activities. - Enabling troubleshooting and analysis, coordinating with CES for technical support. - Ensuring availability of critical spares and expediting codification of urgent items. - Interacting with customs & excise department for material delivery and out-going. - Managing overall Plant Maintenance cost and budgeting. - Facilitating audit of maintenance systems and timely adherence to audit schedules. - Ensuring early completion of RCAs and liquidation of RCA recommendations. - Reviewing and approving MOCs & Capex, supporting minor projects/ MOC/ Capex. - Managing equipment repair & refurbishment activities, overseeing contractor management. - Enabling obsolescence management and data management of critical assets and equipment job history. - Conducting regular performance monitoring, reporting, and escalation as required. - Career planning & performance appraisal of reportees, ensuring timely release of Material / Service PRs & service entries. - Interacting with various support services such as Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, planning, and security. - Taking ownership for HSE compliance (RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings). Qualification Required: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience Required: - At least 10 years (for Degree)/ 15 years (for Diploma) of maintenance experience with a minimum of 3 years as a discipline head. - Managerial experience of at least 7 years.
