Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of plant machinery and equipment by implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting breakdowns, and optimizing machine performance for smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
Prepare and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
Diagnose machinery issues and resolve breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure machinery complies with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Maintain records of service, maintenance, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and operators.
Identify areas for machine improvement and recommend upgrades or modifications.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for machinery servicing and procurement.
Prepare reports on machinery performance, downtime analysis, and cost optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
