Job Summary: As an HRBP-Manufacturing for the South region at iD Fresh, you will serve as a strategic partner to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Your role will focus on enhancing employee experience, supporting talent strategies, and enabling business growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete Recruitment Life Cycle, including manpower planning, internal and external resourcing, identifying sources, selecting candidates, and placing them in the right positions at the right time. - Align with the business to understand HR support needs, manpower requirements, define job descriptions for unique positions, and manage HR operations and employee relations at the manufacturing plant. - Support key people topics such as manpower budgeting, performance management, and internal job opportunities. - Facilitate employee connect, employee engagement, communication, rewards, and recognition. - Assist the business in critical employee conversations, providing feedback for improvement, enhancing employee retention, and more.
