The role of HRBP-Manufacturing at iD Fresh Food for the South region is to serve as a strategic partner in driving HR initiatives that are in alignment with the business objectives. This position is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience, supporting talent strategies, and facilitating business growth across the region. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the complete Recruitment Life Cycle, which includes Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying potential sources, selecting the best candidate, and negotiating & placing them in the appropriate position at the right time. - Collaborating with the business to comprehend the HR needs, manpower requirements, creating organizational structure, and defining job descriptions for all unique positions. - Overseeing HR Operations and employee relations within the manufacturing plant. - Providing support on essential people topics such as manpower budgeting, performance management, internal job opportunities, employee connect, and employee engagement. - Handling employee communication, rewards & recognition, and assisting in critical employee conversations including providing feedback for improvement and employee retention. Key Qualifications: - Education: Any Graduate, MBA is preferable. - Experience: 5+ years of experience. - Experience in handling blue-collared manpower. - Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, English.
