Plant HR & Admin Executive

As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations and HR administration. Your responsibilities will include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in HR roles, focusing on employee relations and HR administration. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
