We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage overall operations of our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for production, processing, packaging, maintenance, manpower management, cost control, and compliance. Experience in rice mill / Agri-processing / food processing industry will be a strong advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of plant operations including production, processing, packaging, and maintenance

Ensure maximum productivity, quality standards, and on-time dispatch

Improve operational efficiency and optimize machinery, manpower, and resources

Monitor daily production plans and ensure achievement of targets

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food safety standards

Track and analyse KPIs, productivity, wastage, downtime, and efficiency

Prepare and manage plant budgets, control costs, and reduce operational expenses

Implement SOPs, continuous improvement, and process standardization

Lead, guide, and motivate plant staff; ensure discipline and performance

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and quality norms

Coordinate with quality, procurement, logistics, and management teams

Experience in Rice Mill / Food Processing / Agri-processing industry preferred.

Prior role as Plant Head / Plant Manager / Operations Manager is desirable.
