Position Overview:
The Plant Head is responsible for the end-to-end management of a heavy fabrication manufacturing unit, ensuring optimal performance in production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery. This leadership role demands strong operational oversight, team management, and strategic planning to achieve business goals and drive continuous improvement within the plant.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Production.
15+ years experience in production operations management within heavy fabrication or metal manufacturing. Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably with exposure to welding, sheet metal, CNC

Quality systems (ISO, TS, APQP, PPAP, FMEA) Team leadership and people management Budgeting and cost control Process optimization and lean manufacturing Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good Knowledge in AWS
