Role & responsibiliƟes - Monitor and control plant operaƟons and achieve ProducƟon/Quality & delivery targets. - Develop & execute plans and strategies to achieve producƟon/Quality & dispatch targets as per the cost & quality standards. - Ensure effecƟve & efficient use of resources i.e. machine, manpower producƟvity, quality & equipment performance. -Previous work experience in fabricaƟon / agriculture equipment industry - Involvement in preparaƟon of new projects planning and product development - Ensure prevenƟve, predicƟve & autonomous maintenance. - Ensure TPM implementaƟon in the Plant. - Ensure strong process discipline & quality orientaƟon across the manufacturing operaƟons. - ConƟnuously benchmark and improve process and methods to improve producƟvity & quality - To maintain ISO Norms - Develop systems and processes that track and opƟmize producƟvity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effecƟve return on assets - Monitor the producƟon cost so as to analyses and change the process to reduce cost. - Follow the statutory compliance to ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly work pracƟces. - Responsible for aligning overall team resources effecƟvely to ensure high performance. - Proficient at monitoring manufacturing processes, idenƟfying any defects /deviaƟons & taking correcƟve acƟons with the maintenance, producƟon & quality department. - Should have managed medium manufacturing /Plant operaƟon as Head or Plant Manager - Knowledge in root cause analysis and troubleshooƟng operaƟons - Knowledge in leading a Plant with ISO 9001:2015 - Should have excellent Planning, organizing and controlling skills - Exposure in the field of Press shop, Machine Shop, CNC, InjecƟon moulding, - Welding, Sheet metal fabricaƟon, assembly & Powder coaƟng
