Plant Finance Manager

As a Budget Coordinator at our company, your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with plant stakeholders for budget preparation at WBS level with relevant data - Verifying workings & rationale for the proposed numbers and uploading approved budgets in respective WBS - Preparing monthly budget utilisation reports at WBS and activity level, and sharing them with the respective plant head - Discussing and resolving with stakeholders for action plans where cost is adverse against budget - Consolidating plant-related provisions at BAL level and sharing them with the HO team - Monitoring actual spend against provision given to check the accuracy of provisions on a month-on-month basis - Actively participating in rate negotiation in areas like canteen, transport, car hiring, etc. - Verifying rate service contract renewal workings for any changes like due to revision in minimum wages, fuel rate - Conducting Scrap Auction & Monitoring, including rate analysis and assisting the scrap committee to close the transaction - Verifying and releasing Purchase Orders (F1 and F2 release) - Assisting in resolving issues related to Bill Passing, Material Data, Statutory Compliance, Export/Import Matters - Coordinating with the tax team for the preparation/submission of replies to tax assessment-related notices/matters In terms of technical/functional skills, you should be proficient in SAP and have the ability to work with a data analytics team. On the behavioral side, we are looking for someone with very good written and verbal communication skills, who can work well as a team player, and is adaptive and a quick learner.,
