Plant Chemist

Meck Pharmaceuticals Chemicals Pvt Ltd is hiring Plant chemist for our API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) plant located in Sanand. This role involves managing and executing chemical processes in compliance with cGMP and safety guidelines. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Operate and monitor API manufacturing equipment like reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, dryers, and distillation units.
• Handle raw materials, solvents, and intermediates as per batch protocols and SOPs.
• Record process parameters in BMR and maintain all relevant documentation accurately.
• Follow GMP, safety, and EHS protocols strictly during production activities.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth plant functioning.
• Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and material charging as per procedures.
• Participate in in-process checks, yield monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Work in rotational shifts and ensure timely completion of production targets.

• Basic knowledge of API manufacturing operations and unit processes.
• Understanding of GMP, safety, and environmental compliance in a chemical setup.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
• For experienced candidates: hands-on exposure to API batch processes preferred.
