Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning & Store Incharge, located in Chennai. The Planning & Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, maintaining inventory levels, implementing store management policies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and preventing retail loss. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years relevant experience
  • Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
  • Experience in the lift or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must know Hindi & Tamil
