Planning & Procurement Lead

As a seasoned procurement professional at Curefoods (EatFit), you will play a crucial role in leading the procurement function of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies that are aligned with the company's business objectives. - Manage and cultivate supplier relationships to ensure that quality, cost, and delivery expectations are consistently met. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the company. - Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement needs are effectively addressed. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities. Requirements: - Possess a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. - Have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the food industry. - Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing procurement strategies. - Exhibit excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex procurement challenges. - Be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines consistently to support the company's operational needs.
