· Planning and Co-coordinating for a beach side township project Consisting of towers , Clubhouse, SRA and Mall. On a labour Contract.
· Compose and track micro schedule for site activities and updating Master Tracked Schedule of Project along with Delay register.
· Preparing and tracking DPR, DLR, MOM, Design Trackers, Project schedule, Resource Planning, Procurement Tracker.
· Progress and Billing linked Cash flow tracking (MIS) for all the towers (6 under Construction).
· Documentations pertaining to Internal and External Audits (ISO) and ESG norms.
· Planning for Procurement of long lead Items such as installation of Safety Screens, tower Crane, Material Hoist, Aluminium formwork etc.
· Coordinated cross-functionally with contractors, stores, safety, and site teams to optimize operations.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
