Job Description

Job Responsiblities

Prepare and gather all data and information requiredfor effective planning/scheduling, monitoring and controlling the execution of activities of the project.
Preparing the construction schedule in MS Projects. Preparation of other planning documents (like Progress S Curve, Earn Value Curve, ManpowerHistogram etc.).
Preparation of project cash flow and estimatedbudget required.
Resource planning in Excel & MSP (men & material) and tracking on regularbasis. Calculate efficiency of manpower and utilization factorsof all deployed equipment based on the actual progressand actual manpower.
Finding criticalpath of project with regularmonitoring and preparingschedule impact reports for the project management.Coordinate with other internal departments regarding the interfacing of construction activities, material & equipment availability
