Description

We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer/Planner/Scheduler with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate software tools.
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines.
Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
Analyze project performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support the project team in resource planning and allocation.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project management.
Proficient in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
