Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules (Gantt charts, PERT charts, etc.) using MS Project or similar software.
Conduct resource allocation and leveling to optimize project timelines.
Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with project team members (engineers, architects, contractors, etc.) to gather data, resolve conflicts, and ensure project deliverables are met.
Coordinate with internal coordination team & follow-ups for drawings.
Develop and implement recovery plans to get projects back on track.
Ensure compliance with project management standards, regulations, and company policies.
Provide input to project risk management and mitigation strategies.
Participate in project meetings, coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.
