Job Description

Role & responsibilities To Train site staff on company's quality standards, SOPs, checking and checklist and its implementations To control and maintain checklist & pour cards of all activity (PCC, footing, plinth beam, column, slab, all finishing activities etc) Conduct third party test (Concrete core, bar pull-out, ultrasonic pulse velocity test) Site inspection and report to PM/COO for quality workmanship, material inspection, contractor work inspection, third party testing Preferred candidate profile Candidates having experience in high raised real estate industry are preferred.
