Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineer QA/QC to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to quality management, with a focus on continuous improvement and defect prevention.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality meets specifications.
Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies.
Proficiency in inspection tools and techniques.
Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
B.E Mech. / Metallurgical Engineering.
05 to 08 years of experience on relevant QC position of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns (Static Equipment).
