Planning Engineer

You will be working as a Planning Engineer at B&B Developers & Builders Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing organization in the construction sector based in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Your role will involve project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring to ensure the timely execution of construction projects. Collaborating closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors, you will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows and meeting project deadlines. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project schedules, planning manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient project progress, tracking project milestones, preparing progress reports, identifying potential delays, analyzing delays and cost overruns, and working towards suggesting corrective actions. You will also be required to liaise with site teams, contractors, and management to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in civil engineering or Construction Management. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction field is required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role, along with a good understanding of construction processes and project management.
