Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using MS Project or similar software.
• Track progress and prepare DLR, MPR, and DPR reports for management.
• Coordinate with QS and site teams for resource and manpower planning.
• Assist in material planning and ensure timely indent submission.
• Maintain updated drawings, schedules, and logs in a central system.
• Maintain Approved Vendor List (AVL) and Material Approval Status (MAS).
• Prepare and update procurement registers for long-lead materials.
• Maintain MIS reports and ensure material reconciliation with QS team. • Support logistics planning and participate in review meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in project planning (construction industry).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (basic to intermediate).
• Understanding of scheduling, tracking, and reporting methodologies. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
